Flat consists of 1 double bedroom with a queen bed, complete with linen and towels, as well as a bathroom with a shower, washing machine, and hairdryer.
The dining room has a sofa bed, suitable for 2 travellers.
One terrace (15m2) has a garden view, and the other (15 m2) faces our colourful street, Via Dammuso, as well as Capo Gallo’s (rooster cape) nature reserve on the left and Billiemi mountain on the right.
The apartment is very accessorized with a flat-screen tv, air conditioner, a heat pump, free and fast WiFi, security door with direct access to the flat, its own electrical system, iron and ironing board.
